Our new monitoring center in Texas is designed from
top to bottom with the same powerful technology as our
California monitoring center.

MONITORING SERVERS: Each monitoring center is designed with two redundant MASterMind monitoring servers. The four monitoring servers maintain synchronized up-to-the-minute database information. This unique design allows NMC to move to one of four dispatch monitoring servers in the event of a system failure.

TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEMS: Both monitoring centers are equipped with a redundant telephone switch and call management systems. Using AT&T’s Alternate Enhanced Redirect Solution (AERS), NMC can move call traffic to either location with no down time, and all historical data is maintained in case of a catastrophic event.

DUPLICATE RECEIVING EQUIPMENT: The monitoring centers are equipped with a complete set of receivers, which provides true redundancy and enables NMC to route 800 numbers to either location.

POWER REDUNDANCY: Each monitoring center is equipped with the most state-of-the-art back-up generators and UPS battery systems.
